IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS
- Parents must inform the school on the first day of absence.
- Authorized absence requires prior notice; without notice it is unauthorized.
- Students may leave school only with a valid reason, collected by a known adult, and after signing at reception.
- Punctuality is essential—late coming disturbs learning and may be treated as unauthorized absence.
- Sundays, national and religious days are observed as holidays.
- Show respect, kindness, and good manners to all.
- Offensive or discriminatory language will not be tolerated.
- Work hard, listen carefully, and always come prepared for class.
- Keep the school environment clean, safe, and tidy.
- Use bins for litter and care for plants and trees.
- Enter and leave through proper school gates only.
- Avoid throwing or picking up objects that may cause harm.
- Each class has its own rules, which must be followed.
- Parents’ cooperation helps create a safe and positive learning environment.
PARENTS GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION
The official Application Form, attached with the Prospectus, must be completed and registered by paying the Registrations Fee, which is not refundable. However, registration does not guarantee a seat reservation. Admission is open in all classes, on first come, first served basis against a limited number of seats reserved per class. Registration may be closed at any time at the discretion of the Principal.
- Admission forms must be filled in completely and submitted within the given dates.
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate must be provided for age verification.
- Recent passport-size photographs of the child are required.
- Transfer certificate (if applicable) must be submitted from the previous school.
- Parents must disclose any medical conditions of the child at the time of admission.
- Admission is confirmed only after verification of documents and fee payment.
- Incomplete or false information in the form may lead to cancellation of admission.
- Admission will be granted purely on availability of seats.
- Priority is given to siblings of existing students (subject to eligibility).
- Interaction or entrance assessment may be conducted for certain classes.
- Parents should ensure timely payment of admission and tuition fees.
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application.
